At 6:57pm on October 8, 2008, Steven Depp said…: Thanks for the welcome. I've been rather busy since I saw you last March when my wife's breast cancer came back in the form of brain mets. She's had surgery, SRS, and we're closely monitoring her, but she is back to normal activities now.
I finally got our congressman to support HR1738 by working through a friend who is the chairman of the local Democratic party. When she asked him to support it on our behalf, he immediately signed on (and his staff called and e-mailed me to apologize for not taking my requests seriously). It is clear where the levers are now!
