Fitness and exercise are my sanity and one source of strength for me. A good power walk with music will do wonders for your mood. Every step counts. even if you can only do 10 steps. bedroom to backyard. around the block. such a privilage!!

About Me:
Avid tennis player, fitness buff, professional travel agent. Three time brain cancer survivor. First diagnosed with oligodenroglioma at age 32 in 1994 had surgery only Sacramento CA, inner-cochlear Schwanoma left ear 2004 tumor removal and balance nerve resection House Ear Institute Los Angeles, May 2008 reoccurrence of original oligodendroglioma, now a anaplastic oligo grade 3.surgery July08, radiation Oct & Nov 2008, currently on Temodar oral chemo for 24 month cycle.
