Bronzed Bunz, huh? Hm.
I saw "Business of the Year 2009", all over the tinted glass of the store front. The "Bronzed Bunz Tanning Salon", (a name I couldn't make up if I tried, since I simply have too much class), has been named Business of the year, again...AGAIN.

If you are a Child of God or what ever you call him, You are already in a LARGE army of fellow warriors and companions. You are never alone. - Hello Elle...I am 65, a great grandmother of 2, Married 47 years to my best buddy, we had 3 girls, 46,42,39, 5 foster teens, raised two grandsons from 8yrs to H.S.( oldest is now 25 and a "Daddy" last Nov. Second grson is 24 and in the Army in Afganestan..Yes I pray and worry)We also have 2 little greatgrandsons. I have survived 108 Surgeries, 4 Malignant Cancer (Lung, Uterin,overian,cervical +4 cell, Adinocarcinoma, Melanoma on top lip, and Non-Hoskins Lymphoma at Easter) I am looking at 9 more days of Radiation, and Was just told I may have Lymphoma again in my abdomin and Pelvic area. After surviving all the above AND 3 Pulminary Embolisms, and "Blue Codes" three times also, what can I be threatened with??? Old Age?? LOL. I am a cartoonist professionaly, and taught Art for 30 years. Lived in an Eskimo Village at Pt. Barrow (top of Alaska near the North Pole)Alaska. I was supposed to be a twin at birth but I absorbed the other twin, I have two DNA patterns in my blood. I have survived The Bakersfield Earth Quake, L.A. Quake, N.Y. Black out, 5 hours past a Tornado touching down at the hotel we had just left (Killed 105 people) drove by when the Roseville Municians train blew up, Left our home in Pt. Mugu Ca. to Fallon Nv. one week later on news, there was our old home under water and sharks swam thru the car port. At Pt. Barrow Ak. that was my hand on CNN in 1988 freeing the three Gray Whales with the world. I have driven Long haul truck with my hubby and white river rafted. the world is supposed to end the year of our 50 wedding anniversery, we will go out with a "BANG"..LOL I am ready for what ever come my way. I just wanted to give you a Cyber HUG and tell you My thoughts are with you too. I would like to be a friend if you wish, and hope you do too.

- He got home last night, so nice to sleep together after 26 days apart. Longest we have ever been apart.

- I'm enjoying my time alone! Spending lots of time with the grand kids and horse back riding as much as I can. My cats keep me company at night, not quite the same but nice to have them sleep with me.

I'm doing good, missing my husband who is on the west coast and I'm on the east coast. This is the longest we have ever been apart. Looking forward to when he makes it to the east coast. How are you doing?
